I took my lawnmower in for service, and while there was an unexpected repair needed on the clutch, the whole team really stood out. The lady I spoke to, as well as the folks on the phone, were professional, kind, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. Even though the cost was more than I expected, I truly felt heard and valued as a customer. I appreciate their care and attention, and I’d definitely come back.

We have been using Wilson Saw & Outdoor Power since Hurricane Katrina in 2005. They have provided expert service and help ever since. We have the 36" Stihl 362 cc chainsaw, two 20" Farm Boss 290s, Stihl hedge trimmers, weed eaters, a Wilson Honda push mower, and 42" Exmark plus several tools, and Stihl blower. Never had to wait long on service/repair work.

Good folks. They fixed up my old saw for me - got me in and out the door on my lunch break, took maybe fifteen minutes.
